The referral will be triaged, and you will be sent a letter regarding the time of your appointment.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Medicare Card
- Recent GP Referral with list of medications and medical history
- Completed bladder chart
- Ultrasounds, xrays, op reports and letters relating to your bladder.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
You will be seen by a member of the Urgynaecology team, (male or female) and all your care will be overseen by one of the following consultants in charge:

Professor Moore sees patients in the W.R. Pitney Clinical Sciences Building 1 full day per week. This day is split into 3 clinics:
Every 2nd Tuesday afternoon from 2.00pm
Thursday afternoon from 2.00pm
Friday morning 9am – 11.00am
Bookings for these clinics are made by telephoning (02) 9113 2054 during office hours.
The Pitney Building clinics do not always have a nurse in attendance and therefore it is recommended that if you have mobility problems, difficulty dressing, undressing or getting up onto the examination couch, then you should attend the Pelvic Floor Unit where there are nurses on hand to assist you.

Current GP referral (GP referrals are valid for 12 months, Specialist referrals are valid for 3 months). Please supply details of any operations or procedures you have had, including the attending doctor, name of hospital or clinic where procedure occurred. To assist in your appointment reaching a satisfactory conclusion, please supply copies of any test results, ultrasounds and copies of any letters regarding your complaint.
